Aker Solutions has recently secured new long-term contracts on the Norwegian Continental Shelf, and the project portfolio in Stavanger is rapidly expanding. We are now recruiting several new employees to strengthen our teams and prepare for future growth.
Aker Solutions' Maintenance department based in Stavanger Norway consists of 45 qualified and experienced engineers and we are now looking for more Senior Maintenance Engineers for both permanent and long-term temporary positions who can strengthen our team in Stavanger.
Responsibilities and Tasks
The Senior Maintenance Engineers will be a part of a growing team with various responsibilities within Reliability & Maintenance management including continuous improvement, maintenance optimization, process standardization, operational support, and major maintenance engineering project deliveries. The candidate will be responsible to ensure that the maintenance deliverables are of high quality and according to project specification, and is expected to continuously work to improve how we work.
- Perform consequence analysis/criticality analysis, RCM analysis and FMECA
- Develop/Update preventive maintenance (PM/CBM) programs
- Develop/Update preventive and condition-based maintenance routines
- Perform Spare part evaluations
- Evaluate maintenance documentation and communicate with equipment vendors
- Perform RAM analysis
- Evaluate/Perform task/manning analysis
- Update CMMS systems eg. SAP PM, WorkMate
- Map, re-engineer and implement operations and maintenance management work processes
- Perform defect elimination and root cause analysis
Qualifications and Personal Qualities
- Higher technical education, M.Sc or B.Sc
- Verbal and written communications skills in Norwegian
- Deep knowledge and understanding of maintenance management processes
- Good knowledge of technical barrier management and maintenance of barriers
- Knowledge of and experience with SIL/LOPA analysis
- Experience from working offshore, or as part of an operation team will be considered as positive
- Experience from improvement and standardization projects within operations and maintenance is desirable
- Good technical competence and knowledge of equipment from various disciplines
- Good cooperation skills and interest for working in teams
- The candidate must be proactive, organized and thorough
Desirable software knowledge:
- CMMS systems – eg. SAP PM, Workmate, Maximo
- Classification tools – eg. BiCycle, Kamfer, FCat, Pyramid
- RAM modelling tools – eg. Miriam RAM studio, Maros
