Senior Manager Brand Communications - Gotenburg, Sweden

We are looking for a Brand Communication senior manager to lead the work to strengthen the Getinge brand recognition globally. We can offer a great opportunity to be a part of a dynamic Brand and Marketing Communications team, where you will be driving initiatives to take our brand to the next level. The Position

In this position you will lead the work to strengthen the Getinge brand awareness through development of state-of-the-art brand communication.
You will collaboration with both internal stakeholders and creative agencies, as well as interacting with top management on the development of these initiatives.

Your Main Responsibilities And Tasks Will Be

We want you to drive the global campaigns to strengthen the Getinge brand awareness, and to collaborate both with internal stakeholders and selected lead agencies, on creative development, media planning and execution, and follow up. You will also oversee the overall customer communication content on our website. Overall your responsibilities will be:

• Lead global brand awareness campaigns
• Develop the Getinge global website content and user experience to reflect Getinge´s value proposition
• Continuous development, implementation and improvement of Getinge’s keywords strategy and SEO and to manage selected social media channels
• Manage the Getinge brand awareness tracking. Develop and execute on implementation plans based on outcomes
• Manage stakeholders, such as regional marcom teams and corporate communications and establish working processes to ensure consistent brand messages across target groups and markets

The Ideal Candidate

We look for a person who has proven project management skills. You should also have solid judgement of create work, and the ability to evaluate marketing concepts, design proposals and copywriting. Further, we want you to have:

• An academic degree or equivalent within the area of Marketing or Business Administration. Experience in the healthcare industry is a merit
• Experience from leading marketing communication campaigns in global organizations, with cross functional teams
• Experience from working with digital marketing channels, such as social media, key words optimization and website performance
• Ability to work strategically and to detail out and execute on operational plans is required
• Fluent in English both in written and spoken
• Experience from working in the various Office-programs. Knowledge of in InDesign and web content management systems (EPI-server) is a merit

In order to be successful in the role, you should be results-driven and a self-starter with ability to work independently as well as in teams.
We also want you to challenge traditional ways of working and to be innovative with a high level of energy and motivation.
Further, you should be able to manage multiple tasks in a changing environment and to have attention to details.

The position is located in our headquarters in Göteborg, Sweden. Some travelling is required, approx. 10 days/year.
The position reports to Head of Brand and Marketing Communication.
